General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the bq44 platform and its users. bq44 provides a reliable online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
bq44 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.
These terms and conditions are written in English. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final.
Account Registration
To open an account with bq44, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, and contact details submitted at registration must be truthful.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person or household are considered a prohibited activity, and all associated accounts may be suspended.
2.2 Identity Verification
bq44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
2.3 Updating Contact Information
If your mobile number or email address changes, update it in your account immediately. bq44 will not be responsible for any important notifications not received due to outdated information.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
For ages 21+: This platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bq44:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must have a valid bank or mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- It is the user's own responsibility to comply with any legal obligations related to online betting.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
bq44 reserves the right to restrict an account if there is reasonable doubt about a user's age or identity, until verification is completed.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. bq44 will never ask for your password by email or phone.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not allow any third party to access your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
- Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
bq44 is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of an account, unless it can be proven that the loss was caused by a security flaw in the platform itself.
Financial Transactions
5.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited into bq44 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method).
When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals may be held under review in cases of suspicious activity.
5.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
- If the requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled.
6.3 Promotion Changes
bq44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Check the platform regularly for the latest information on current promotions.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on bq44:
7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- bq44 reserves the right to cancel a bet accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
7.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The official result issued by the relevant sports authority will be final in determining betting outcomes. Various markets are available to bet on in matches such as Bangladesh vs India, including runs, wickets, or match winner.
7.3 Casino Games
Betting on all casino games, including slots, live casino, and fishing games, is governed by the rules of the respective game provider. In the event of any dispute, the game log will be considered the final evidence.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household.
- Using multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Using betting systems or software to gain an artificial advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Involvement in match fixing or determining outcomes.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical systems.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Providing false information or forged documents.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Suspension by bq44
bq44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
- Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
- A responsible gaming request or self-exclusion application.
9.2 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team at: [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, withdraw any balance eligible for withdrawal.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
To protect yourself from a gambling addiction, you may apply for Self-Exclusion for a set period or permanently. This option is described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.
Limitation of Liability
bq44 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bq44's liability is limited in the following areas:
- Issues caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
- Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Unforeseen technical or system failures.
- Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
bq44 is not liable for mental, financial, or family harm resulting from gambling. Please bet consciously and responsibly.
Service Continuity: bq44 endeavours to ensure service continuity, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. Settlements of bets in progress during such periods will be completed in accordance with the rules.
